Thank you, Matt 😊
He is very easy to talk to and actually listens.
I highly recommend Matthew because he really cares about helping.
Hugely recommend to anyone.
He is an incredibly compassionate individual, offering me a safe space to work through my struggles whilst displaying a great amount of empathy and understanding.
His attentiveness to his client’s concerns is unparalleled and his foundations are built around offering constructive advice tailored to your own concerns.
Matthew isn’t someone who just sits across from you and nods; he engages with you in a way that helps you discover your own insights and empowers you to take the initiative for your own well-being, something that I can attribute to his solid understanding of practical applications towards tough situations in our everyday lives.
If you are seeking someone who truly listens and wants to help, then I wholeheartedly recommend working with Matthew.

Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to questions that people often ask:
Can I use a “mental health plan” from my GP to claim a rebate?
No, I don’t participate in the mental health plan rebate scheme.
You may be wondering then; “If you don’t accept the rebate, perhaps I should try someone else” and “Can I save money by using the mental health plan rebate with a psychologist?”
No.
When you use the mental health plan rebate, more often than not, the rebate will not cover all of the psychologist’s fees, so once you’ve paid the psychologists fee and then received your rebate you will bear an out of pocket expense of between $169.15 and $214.35.
My fee is significantly less at $135/hr.
How much does it cost?
$135/hr
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers and PayID payments and cash. When you book online at the checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method. If you book over the phone or any other way payments are due before, or at the start of your appointment.
Will what we discuss stay private?
Yes. I make a commitment to keep everything discussed private except in a limited number of circumstances: If you give me express verbal or written permission to do so for a purpose such as speaking with your doctor, when directed by a magistrate or court or when I believe you or another is in immediate danger. Aside from these instances, your personal information and our discussions remain strictly confidential.
Do you do after-hours appointments?
Yes.
Appointments can be booked from 6am-10pm Mon-Fri and 8am-8pm on Weekends.
For times outside these hours please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can arrange a time that will work.
Similarly, if you would like to speak in the very near future, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to arrange an appointment.
What if I can’t attend my appointment?
If you know you won’t be able to attend your appointment, please give as much notice as possible to arrange rescheduling. I have a 48 hour notice policy which means the full fee is due with 48 hours or less notice.
